Whirlpool approached us with a request for innovative ideas to help solidify their R&D budget for the following year. After conducting some research and brainstorming sessions, we presented Whirlpool with a first-of-its-kind VR training tool that allows technicians to learn repair procedures for all products without incurring traditional overhead location-based costs. This strategy establishes a global training operation that leverages the 3D artwork the brand already produces for its product lines. We created a pitch video and VR experience that can be used on the HTC Vive*.
